A Little Information About Us!
This business started out of a need, a need for affordable virtual tours for marketing our real estate. We are a family of realtors, located in Pensacola, FL. In order to set our services apart from all the other realtors in the local area, and to provide a higher standard of service to our clients, we needed something more than the ordinary static images that everyone was using. Enter the fully immersive virtual tour, the next best thing to being there in person!
We have now expanded this service into a seperate business and now offer our 360 virtual tour services to anyone in the Pensacola, FL and surrounding areas. We limit ourselves to shooting 2-3 tours per day, so that we have time to edit them and upload them within 24 hours of shooting them. Give us a call!
These days, neither the real estate professional nor the client has time to ride around all day looking for houses or investment properties. The MLS helps save some time by having photos online (if the agent has taken the time to take quality pictures and post them online). But unless the agent has a wide angle lens, it's hard to get a real good idea of the size or shape of a room, from a narrow angle photograph. Enter the 360 virtual tour!
With a 360 virtual tour, you can see the WHOLE room, from the floor to the ceiling, and 360 degrees around. You can see if the room has ceiling fans or just lights (and what kind), you can tell what kind of floor covering the room has (hardwood, carpet, tile, etc.), and you can see where to place your furniture and if there is room for it, all before making an appointment to see the home in person. This saves the agent time, and saves the buyers time. Everyone is happy. Life is good.
